Refund policy
Return is granted only when receiving a wrong item, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and in the original packaging.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds or no refunds are granted:
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
we should be noticed by your Claim within 24 hours after delivery, If 24 hours have gone by since your delivery, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
CANCELLATION
We can't cancel an order after 5 hours from it's purchase due to our service is extremely fast and the products might be shipped as soon as ordered.
If you insist on the cancellation your account will be charged 4$ cancellation fees on any future order you place with us as these are the expenses that we pay once we process the order.
